bank accounts. Visas will not be covered separately.
5. Application Documents
Students must prepare the following documents:

- Extract Academic Transcript/Degree (translated into English/bilingual)

- Declaration for previous participation
- Passport scan
- CV (Europass form)
- Motivation letter (one page)
- Study plan (one page, free style)

*Students should carefully review the course list before selecting subjects for registration in the LA. The LA will be requested to be signed after the student is placed on the nomination list.
6. Application Procedure
HUST students are requested to submit their applications (all documents merged
into one PDF file) via the eHUST portal and a hard copy to Ms. Daisy (contact as below) before DEADLINE 11:55 (GMT +7)
20th June 2025
The Department of Partnership and Engagement (HUST) will contact students who
successfully submit their applications for further verification/interview (if
needed).
